Restart your computer to install important updates
Windows can't update important files and services while the system is using them. Save any open files and restart the computer, and then try to check for new updates.
Updates for Windows Visa (KB955430) failed on 5/11/2009 and each subsequent update failed.
Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (KB948465) failed on 6/15/2009.
Does anyone have a resolution for this problem? I am prompted to restart the computer throughout the day. I can postpone for up to 4 hours. This is extremely frustrating.
