adding network printer asks for password

I generally don't have problems adding a printer across a private home network, however, this time when attempting to add a printer to a wireless laptop (Vista Home Premium) I am being asked for the User Name and Password of the PC that the printer is connected to. The problem is I have never set a user name and password on the PC so I am at a loss to see where I can correct this...

Any clues would help thanks!
