stopping UAC asking for permission

Hi

Have a problem that we run a login script that sets a string in the registry when a user logs on to set there outlook account up automatically. In vista which we have just rolled out the UAC asks for the user to verift there username and password each time they logoin so that it can access the registry key for there username. Is there a sinple way of letting this access teh registry without prompting for a username and password every time a user logs on ? we do not want to turn UAC off.
