vista reduces my disk space

hi , this is my first post in vistaheads.com
I have a problem since last week with my disk space . I have 70GBs in my C drive and it started to eat my free space since last week and now I have only 232KBs in my C drive! I searched the web and did some tips in : "http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/working-around-windows-vistas-shrink-volume-inadequacy-problems/"
but it didn't help much . I tried some other tips and they didn't work either .
I resized the shadowstorage but the problem still exists .
PLEASE PLEASE PLZZZZZZZ
can anyone help me with this?
