Vista business can not see domain computers.

I am running a Vista Business workstation. My domain is 2003 server standard. When I expand network in vista explorer all I can see is itself. Network discovery is on. I can see the vista wkst from the the server. I can ping all XPP systems on the domain and the vista wkst from the XPP wkst's. I really don't care about seeing all the wkst's but I do need to see the servers and network shares. Do you have to install the LLTD responder to the servers?
