Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation could not be completed. (error 0x0000007e).

When i try to connect to a printer share on a win server 2003 from vista business 64-bit i get the error message in the title.

I have downloaded the drivers to the server and added them to the printer share. I have also tried to install the printer and add the path manually.
