WinHTTPAutoProxySvc problems

I have a service to run some software which when I start up my PC runs perfectly if I am log on as Local System.

If I log on as Local Service this service becomes dependant on WinHTTPAutoProxySvc for some unknown reason and my service won't start until the WinHTTPAutoProxySvc has started. The problem is WinHTTPAutoProxySvc starts and stops as it is a non critical service as a result my software keeps failing.

Does anybody have any ideas why this is?

Hope I have made sense?

Please help!!!!
