Login probs

I am trying to log in to my vista business account, (with my password) and i keep getting "user profile failed to login" and "user profile failed to load" I know this is the correct password. and i have checked that cap lock is off, please help me.. many thanks.

Hi Mark,

your password is more than likely correct but there is a problem with the profile.

There is a great tutorial available to correct this, see The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. - Vista Forums
