problem getting past login screen
I am running vista business on a Dell vostro 1700 and have no problems until now. I get to the login screen, enter my password, hit enter, and get a blue screen that just stays there. I have tried to restart in safe mode and get the same thing except the screen is black with "safe mode" all around it.
I have not installed anything new or downloaded anything so I doubt that is the issue. I am not able to locate my reinstall disc 
Any suggestions on what can be done? I am very worried about losing the contents of my hard drive, especially pictures. help please! |
