Easy question, help me out :)

I am currently running an unactivated copy of Windows Business.

If I go ahead and purchase this: Newegg.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 English NA Upgrade DVD - Operating Systems

Will I be able to clean install on top of my current OS? What problems if any might I stumble upon?
