I have just activated and setup Windows Vista Voice Recognition program on my computer. Everything seems to work reasonably well except that I cannot get the Language Bar to show up in any of my Office programs. I have followed all of the fixes offerred in MS Help but no success. It seems as if I have an IME installed some how somwhere on my computer and MS Help says the following:
You can move the Language bar out of the way by temporarily hiding it.
You can also close the Language bar so that it no longer appears. If you close the
Language bar, you cannot use the features on the Language bar.
Note You cannot close the Language bar if you have installed an IME.

On the
Language bar, click
Minimize http://office.microsoft.com/global/i...ZA060444901033. The
Language bar is shown as a language indicator button in the status area on the Microsoft Windows taskbar. For example, if you're working in English, you'll see
http://office.microsoft.com/global/i...ZA060510111033 in the status area.

Click the language indicator button in the status area on the Microsoft Windows taskbar, and then click
Show the Language bar. For example, if you're working in English, you'll see
http://office.microsoft.com/global/i...ZA060510111033 in the status area. Unfortunately, I can not see either the language bar or the
http://office.microsoft.com/global/i...ZA060510111033 in the status area. I have activated the View - Status Bar in the Outlook menu.Does anyone have a fix for this so as I might be able to properly use my Windows Vista Voice Recognition program. Thanks,Tuck
