Briefcase
I created a briefcase, put a folder and a couple of files in it, then copied it to a flashdrive. On another computer I edited one of the files in the flashdrive (no copying). But, putting the flashdrive back onto my first PC no sync took place because right clicking on either of the instances and clicking "Update All" brought the response "The files in the Briefcase are orphans. They will not be updated".
What am I missing?
I want to keep my current stuff current both on my PC and on a flash drive, for portability and for security. Shouldn't Briefcase be the solution I want? Or is Offline Files better? Will Offline Files work with a flash drive?
Any ideas welcome.
