Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service stopped working and was closed

I bought a laptop with windows vista Business in december, last week i started to get this message like every minute and i can not work it like stop windows for a few seconds.

Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service stopped working and was closed
A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available.

Because of that windows explorer stop working every second, i have to wait for this message to run to continiu with what i'm doing.
If i'm installing a programm that message will apeare and i can not continue.

Can some one please help me this is making me crazy.
