Cannot see all computers in workgroup from Vista

Hi All,

I have a small network that contains 2 pc's running Vista Business and 4 running XP. They are all part of the same workgroup. From the XP computers All connected computers are visible. From the Vista computers only the Vista computers are visible. The really odd part is that sometimes all are visible from the Vista computers. I have not been able to figure this out. File and printer sharing is enabled. It also has no effect turning off firewalls. Any Help would be appreciated!
