CANNOT install updates
I Keep receiving the same error message when I try to install update KB938371. I have used the stand alone installer, I have tried deleting the downloads folder inside the software distribution folder and turning off the update services while I tried to install the update. I used the software update manager tool also to try and repair the update tool. NOTHING I do seems to work. All other updates are installed except for this one. The error message is 80073715 and I have done research on it and tried just about every method recommended and I still cannot install this one update. Please, can anyone give me some advice or help on what to do. I am totally stumped and very, very frustrated about this problem. Windows Update will offer me the Vista service pack until this update is installed.
