Network Files Renamed

Hi,
I have Vista Business Laptop which syncronizes a number of folders to my XP Professional Desktop PC.
However, now that i have connected one of the network drives to a named folder "K:" to "Documents" the visible name on the XP computer has changed from "Katy" to "Documents". The file connections are still the same so it still has the same actual name but the "Documents" name seems to have overwritten what is visible.

Any help you can give would be most appreciated.
