Called By App Error when opening Device Manger

I don't know if anyone has come accross this, it's really nothing more than a hassle, but I'm just curious if anyone knows a fix.

I have Windows Vista Business with Service Pack 1 installed, although this issue has been going on prior to SP1.

If I right click on "Computer" and go to "Properties" then in the system properties page click on "Device Manager" I get a "Called by app" Error message. Once I hit OK it goes away and lets me into device manager. I don't know why this is happening. If I go to "Device Manager" any other way I have no problem. i.e. though "Computer Management"

Installing the latest version of Clean Disk Security should fix this message (bug with context menu hook dll):

Thanks guys! I have Clean Disk Security. I'm trying the fix now. That error has been bugging the crap out of me for the longest time. Since the first beta release of Vista up to SP2 B2.
