REG CURE Deleted Destination.msi file
Can anyone in the community inform me how to
reload the Vista Destination.msi file? I just subscribed to
Reg Cure and upon running it for the first time it
deleted my Destination.msi file.

Question: Can I simply download it from my Vista O/S CD? or can I simply download it from the Microsoft Site?

Thank you for helping. This is a wonderful site.

Christoph

Hi Christoph,

I found this bit of info on Destination.msi....

Open a command prompt by being Administrator (Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator)

CD to C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar ( cd drive letter:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar )

3. Run these commands in this order:
1. regsvr32 -u sbdrop.dll
2. regsvr32 -u wlsrvc.dll
3. regsvr32 atl.dll
4. regsvr32 sbdrop.dll
5. regsvr32 wlsrvc.dll

See if it works and tell us how you get on,

regards

Steve
