I WANT linux on my laptop, mommy!!!

What if I would buy a computer with a preinstalled windows vista basics version, and on first startup I would refuse the lisence, could I get my money back from MS if I returned them the dvd, and I formatted my hard drive? I think so because I did not bought vista, but the lisence [...]
