Internet connection problem

Hi,
I've had my HP laptop for 8 weeks now and have had no problems with it. My neighbour has set up a wireless adapter and I have been accessing the internet with this. It has been working fine until 2 days ago for an unknown reason. There is no connection established, the diagnosis/repair option doesn't know what the problem is and I have no clue what to do!! Please help

Hi. Try the most easiest option first: unplug the router wait 30 seconds then
power it back up.
I have to do this on my setup ever few weeks or so but not a clue why.
