Microsoft condemned for patent infringement in Korea
Microsoft has been finally convicted for patent infringement in Korea, after eight years of proceedings. The dispute relates to a feature in Word Korean version, which allowed automatic switchover between the Korean and English language.The complaint was filed in 2000 by Professor Lee Keung-hae, who said this feature was a carbon copy of a technology [...]
