Problem after downloading Internet explorer 8

Hello Vistaheads, I only joined today and am new to Vista. My name is Shirley. I upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and since then, every time I go onto a website I get a message "Phishing Protection message, Website Authentication..Your Browser is not set to detect fraudulent websites or to authenticate genuine websites" I have to "fix" my Norton 360. Can anybody help me please, how can I put this right.
