I just received a phone call from a friend of mine, asking for help getting an internet connection. I have Windows XP and know absolutely zippo about Vista. He keeps getting an error, I believe he said error 619 or error 691??? He has dial up because that's all that is available in his area. We'd sure appreciate some help with this problem. Thanks in advance!
