Trying to use SanDisk Cruzer 4g flash drive for back up on the F: drive or G: drive. Using Backup and Restore Center commands and I keep getting pop up window that instructs to label and insert blank disk in F: drive (or G: drive) which I have specified in settings. I followed the instructions repeatedly and the pop up window continues to appear and the back up aborts.
