The application failed to initialize proplerly(0xc0150002)

Hi Guys,

I Have intalled autocad 2008 on my vista pc. The installation run smoothly, but when i try to open the program, it displays this error:

The application failed to initialize proplerly(0xc0150002)

Any suugetion on how to fix this?
