windows vista, cursor disappears randomly

I have 1 year old hp a6257c. I'm completley new to this stuff. Not completley sure when this problem started. did'nt do much data entry till recentley, thats when I noticed the problem. Right before I noticed I upgraded to a MS wireless keyboard 4000, model 1045. And also a logitech revolution wireless mouse. They seem to be working ok but here's the problem> In all applications that I've noticed, Email, facebook, and IMs, My cursor just dissapears randomly, every 5-15 keystrokes I have to stop and manually reset it, I've had to reset 15 or 20 times just to write this. I've tried to check/update my drivers on the most basic leval but I'm a little nerveous to start uninstalling things and such. Its bringing my blossoming social networking to a crawl and slowly driving me nuts. This is a cry for HELP !!!
