I stumbled on this site trying to solve a problem I had and was impressed with the quality of the expert advice.
One comment I have is that there seem to be many questions with very high quality replies and some others with no replies. It seems to me that the difference in response is partly related to how the question is phrased, attracting vista heads or not?
Suggestions:
1] For the first post at least, questioners should be required to fill some structured standard form: OS version, relevant software/hardware, what may have triggered problem, what has been tried already etc.
2] Questions with no replies could be listed under search to allow these to be addressed.
