No speaker device, only Headset Earphone

I sent my hp laptop away for repair for some physical damage, and when i got it back it had no speaker device installed, and i cannot hear anything now from the computer. The only thing to still be installed is something called headset earphone and under that it says bluetooth hands free audio, but if i plug in headphones that doesnt work either. Please help me i have tried showing disabled devices and dissconnected devices, but the speakers are not there. Is there a way i can get them back, or something?
