computer restarting when not in use

help! my computer wont stop restarting itself whenever it's not in use, i usually wake up in the morning and see that it has restarted numerous times with an error message, also my gf told me that the other day while i was at work my computer restarted about 5 times by itself. this is the error message im getting from it:
