Backup Error Message 0X80070002
I am using a portable back up device for the first time on my laptop. As I go through the stages of using the windows backup feature to back my computer up once a week it failed for the first time.
The error message is above and states "The system cannot find the file specified"
I sense this is a vista problem since I have two computers both vista and I a sure this is the same error message on both.
please advise thank you
