Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

Every couple of days I get the above error, with the cause below.
It means nothing to me, can anyone shed any light on it please?

The only time I've seen this particular problem was caused when running a 3rd party firewall on Windows 7. There have been a LOT of problems with firewalls since the release of Windows 7, can you remove or disable McAfee firewall to see if this is the cause?
