windows system 32 ntkrnlpa is corrupt or missing

status is 0xc0000098
Im not sure what this status means but when computer is booted it only loads the windows\system32\config\system ... It will not go any further.
We have inserted the disk to repair the operating system with no success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Repair install should really fix it. If not, Try to boot in safe mode. Try this. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 Then boot the computer and see how it works.
