It is due to something blocking it. Which type of browser are you using?. If you use IE, then try the following. Start - All Programs*- Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Add-ons. It will works fine. Else try this.IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced Tab - click Restore then click Reset - Apply / OK. IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security Tab*-*click reset all zones to default - Apply / OK. Close and restart IE and/or IE with no add-ons.
