problems downloading the latest adobe reader
Last week i was able to look at videos and play music but since i was instructed to download this new adobe reader, I can no longer watch videos or play music. It says i installed it but there is no action.. It don't play...

It might because of any supporting files problem, reinstall it. Still, if you are having error or nothing happens, when you try to connect to or download from the Adobe website, work through the tasks from the website: Troubleshoot Adobe Reader installation | Windows
