problems with installing office home and student 2010

Hi

i am trying to install office home and student 2010 on 2007 vista home premium 64 bit operation system. I have office 2007 which is OK and would rather not unistall it. I have tried to install it with deactivating my virus software, and cleaning up and reinstalling net fix. I get the error 1935 3FAO17OE-37C7-227C-BACO-646914992C81 HRESULT OX80070424. Hope you can help. I also cannot install the 64 bit for office and the disc seems to prefer to try and install the x86.

It may be due to issue with the compatibility of the system. Check whether no other versions of MS office installed in your system. If installed, then they will not take the office 2010 in to the system. You have to uninstall the other office that is already present and then install the office 2010 in to the system.
