reloading vista
Hi, I've had a problem with vista in that suddenly I can't access any of the network stuff on it. I sent it off to be looked at and they told me it was because of my security software (I had two installed without realising) They said the operating system needed to be reloaded and then only one security suite installed. I've removed both security packages....what should I do now? I've got a copy of vista...do I just put that in the disk drive and see what happens?
