Error 31

All of the sudden I am getting the Yellow warning indicator to any device I have plugged into my USB ports. When I double click on them the error states the driver is not loading. Try to update driver and it states the driver is up to date, but yellow warning indicator does not go off. Furthermore, the components that are plugged into the USB ports due not work, ie. MP3 player.
Any suggestions? I tried to see if there were upper and lower filters in the registry and there were not any.

i have also experienced the similar thing. may be there is something wrong with your drivers port or your driver has been infected by virus that needed you format.but the files that stored in your hard driver is disappear.

Use the Troubleshooting Wizard, if it is available, to help you diagnose and resolve your problem.

1. On the device Properties dialog box, click the General tab.
2. Click Troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard. The wizard asks you some simple questions and provides a solution to your problem based on the answers that you provide. If the Troubleshooting Wizard is not available, go to step 3.
3. Follow the resolution steps provided by the wizard to resolve the problem.
4. Check the Device status area of the device Properties dialog box to see whether the error is resolved.
