mssing IE
running vista home premium 32 bit system and I lost internet explorer!!the folder is still there in program files and when I downloaded a new version and try to instal my system tells me theres a newere version already installed.I tried running it right from its folder in program files but it doesnt work.any ideas.

ps:also getting the rundell.exe is not working error.
