error message# 5

Sometimes I get a dialogue pop up when I try to open my email that says "sorry, there was a problem accessing your mailbox. Please try again later. Error #5 detailed debug information"
Can anyone tell me how to correct this.

I think you have problem with the mailbox settings in your browser or in your OS. So basically you should check the browser settings or that. Try to delete cookies once and after that try it. I thing you can solve your problem.
