I just bought this video cam tonight because my husband is in Iraq and says this is one way we could all "see" each other again. The kids and I miss him and he will be calling in the afternoon tomorrow so I want to make sure to have this all set up by then. It's frustrating me because it keeps giving me an error message even though I am following the directions right. I don't understand why it's not setting up the way it's supposed to. When you installed the Logitech did you also install their VID software? If so that software may be hijacking your webcam and not releasing it for MSN. Try uninstalling the Logitech software, and then reinstall and say No to installing VID. It should work fine now.
