ntdll.dll Error Windows DVD Maker Crash
Hello,
I'm having a problem with Windows DVD Maker.
I was trying to burn a DVD with WDVDM, and a bunch of AVI DivX videos. Before I even got to the progress of the encoding screen, the program just crashed. I tried several times after that and got to the same spot everytime, before the program crashed.
This problem has just started to happen the last few weeks. I've never had this happen before and have been able to burn DivX AVI files to dvd before.
I have the following programs installed as well that may have contributed to the error:
AVG Free AV 9.0
CC Cleaner
Spybot Search and Destroy
As far as I can remember, Spybot was installed 2 weeks ago. The rest have been on for a few months. Could the problem be caused by the Spybot software?
I am running Vista SP 2, on a dell inspiron 530 with 2.00GHZ processor. The operating system is a 32 bit.
This is what I am getting from the event log:
Faulting Application: DVDVMaker.exe
Version 6.0.6002.18005

Faulting Module: ntdll.dll
Version 6.0.6002.18005

Exception Code: 0Xc0000005
Fault Offset: 0x000666ab
Process id: 0x1054
Applciation Start Time: 0x01cab58851e795bf
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a video I want to burn as soon as i get this fixed.
