"Windows Explorer is not responding" on Startup
Ok guys, this all started this weekend, I'm running Vista Ultimate 32, and the whole system froze up causing me to have to power off, on startup I logged in only to find a black screen once I typed in my password, this stays up for about 5 seconds before I get the "Windows Explorer is not responding" error box, then after trying to fix it, it states it cannot be fixed and I have to end the task, which then leaves me with a black screen. This happens everytime I startup, making the computer useless, same thing happens on Safe mode, I can access Command prompt but I tried system restore but don't have any decent restore points, any ideas?
