Temporary update files bug
Hi,
even though i new to this forum i have a rather difficult question.
i have Windows Vista SP2 and after the update my temporary windows files won't go away.
i have about 35GB of temporary vista files in the windows vista temp folder that i want deleted because,
i wont have enough disk space left for vista to function better in a few months because of the files.
below i wil post a list of some of the files so it wil be easier to give me an answer.
all the posted temporary files are above 1GB big.
www1E1F.tmp
www10E4.tmp
www12B9.tmp
Set1E8D.tmp
Set233.tmp
Set2257.tmp
www566F.tmp
Set15D5.tmp
Set52F1.tmp
Set4DA0.tmp
i have about twice as much of the above files above 1 GB
and about 100 that are below 1GB
i already tried Tune-Up utilities' unnecessary files deleter and it did detect the files but even with admin rights it couldn't delete the files.
so if anyone could respond to this thread with an explation how to delete the files that doesn't require me to be a computer wizz plz post it
ty for helping
