Malware?
Everytime i open a program i get a window which shows in the top left hand corner the program name and then below a message that says ' c:\windows\system32\certenc32.dll is either not designed to run or contains an error...'
I have run norton, spybot, malwarebytes normally and in safemode and nothing is found.
Any help would be appreciated.
