Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

I'm getting this message everytime I turn on my computer now. I think I had my cellphone cable and by mistake I unplugged it, I've tried pulgging it in again and unplugging it but nothing works. I need help!
Please note that I know NOTHING about computers so please try explaning in a way that I can understand.
