Laptop boots up but then it freezes.
Hi,

My Vista laptop, boots up but when it does just freezes and i can't open up anything. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi,

Try opening a command prompt, then type chkdsk /f /r
(followed by the enter key)
After this, restart your system.
