Uninstall PokerTH

Whenever I try to use Remove Programs to uninstall PokerTH I am told I cannot as I need to be an Administrator.
This is on my laptop and I am the only person with an Administrator account.
Can someone tell me how to get round this problem; keeping in mind I don't know all that much about computers.
