Vista
Having trouble with existing programs. . .when trying to open programs, (such as Epson scanner, Palm desktop, and others) all of sudden only a part of the program will open, like one page- not giving me the full options. i.e. Scanner- only opens a basic scan, and not the other pgs which allow sending to a specific file. Palm- only opening option to back up video, and not calendar, or address book. Any ideas out there. Also, previously we could not get Vista to accept any Security program's firewall and had to just use Windows' firewall. And the most recent- have tried to load 2 different security programs and Vista will not install. On one it wouldn't extract the files to install, and on the other it would get partially through the installation process and start showing up with error msgs, "cannot install. . . ." Numerous attempts were made to install. Thanks in advance for any help- Jkatie
