Programs Wont Start As An Administrator In Vista

Hi Guys,

Been having this really anoying prblem where I cant start any programs in vista - Games, Programs - Nothing. I was before but not know. My computer is still on an adminstrator account but I cant start any of my programs in my computer as an adiministrator. I really have to get this fixed fast.

PLEASE HELP GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Core 2 Duo 7500 2.53Ghz (not overclocked)
4GB Ram
9500 Gt Nvidea Geforce 512mb
1TB Hard Disk
