Error in shutting down the window.
I have a new TOSHIBA satellite A505 laptop. It has the OS Windows Vista Home Premium. When it was powered off, one of my friends has dismantled the battery source from it. After that whenever I am going to shut down the windows, the laptop is not shutting down. It is staying in stand by mode by displaying the massage "Logging Off".

By pressing the power button for some time I can only making the laptop off. Which is not the proper method? And when I am getting start again the massage showing like "start windows in safe mode"
"Start windows in safe mode with command prompt"



"Start windows normally"

After starting the windows I am facing the same problem when shutting down.

Please help me.
